For Email and Fax methods, you will need to provide your first name, last name and email address. A new code will be emailed to you within 3-5 business days.

For the mail-in method, you will need to: photocopy your ticket with "Damaged CONTEST CODE" printed on the page; print your first name, last name, and full address (Street, Apartment/Suite, City/Town, Province, Postal Code) on the page; and mail it and a postage pre-paid stamped envelope to the "Canadian Triple Crown Contest", PO Box 4099, Paris, ON, N3L 3W9. A new CONTEST CODE will be sent via Standard Canada Post (2-7 business days depending on your location). A limit of one valid CONTEST CODE will be provided per envelope.

1. Attempts will be made to contact each potential winner of a Prize at the telephone number and/or email address provided with his/her registration information, within ten (10) business days following the date of the applicable draw. Four (4) telephone calls will be made at different times between 9:00 a.m. and 9:00 p.m. ET. The potential winners must return any message left by the Contest Administrator within the timeframe stipulated in the message to remain eligible to receive the prize. Prize claiming details will be provided at the time of contact. It remains the responsibility of the entrant to make appropriate inquires as to their status as a potential winner.
2. If, within ten (10) business days of the first attempt to contact a potential winner, he/she has not been able to be contacted or confirmed for the respective Prize, or is otherwise ineligible to receive the Prize, his/her Entry will be deemed ineligible and he/she will not win the respective prize. The back-up Entries will be contacted according to the order in which they were drawn, (in the event that one or more back-up Entries are ineligible), and the process will continue until such time as a winner is declared or until there are no remaining Entries to select from.
3. Subject to Rules, if no winner is declared for any Prize, that Prize, will not be awarded. Additional backup Entries may be drawn in the sole and absolute discretion of the Contest Administrator.
